SiteCheck provides one-hour expert product reviews for a fixed price of €150 per audit. Each review includes a recorded video walkthrough, written findings, and prioritized action items delivered through a private dashboard.
Payment is processed via Stripe at the time of booking. The price is €150 per audit, charged as a one-time payment. No subscriptions or recurring charges.
Full refunds are available if requested at least 3 hours before your scheduled slot and before the audit work begins (status: “Exploration started”). Once work has begun, refunds are not available. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
All findings, reports, and recommendations delivered as part of an audit belong to the customer. SiteCheck retains no ownership over the deliverables.
Any credentials or sensitive information shared for the purpose of the audit are stored encrypted and automatically deleted within 7 days of audit completion. We do not share your data with third parties.
SiteCheck provides recommendations based on expert review. Implementation of recommendations is the customer's responsibility. We are not liable for any outcomes resulting from implementing or not implementing our recommendations.
