When you use SiteCheck, we collect: your Google account profile (name, email, avatar), website URLs and descriptions submitted for audit, optional test credentials, and payment information processed by Stripe.
Test account credentials are encrypted at rest. They are only used for the purpose of your audit and are automatically deleted within 7 days of audit completion.
Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. We only store Stripe session and payment intent identifiers for refund processing.
We use PostHog for privacy-friendly analytics to understand how visitors use our website. No personal data is shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
Audit reports and findings are retained in your account indefinitely for your reference. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can export your data or request account deletion by contacting us. We will process your request within 30 days.
